Christina’s roots are split between the Great Lakes region of the Midwest and 8 years growing up in the South of France.  She completed her Bachelor’s of Science and Masters degrees in Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while working as a research assistant, and spent her summers between classes working in different National Parks out West.  Christina relocated to the Bay Area in 2014 to design with natural building materials and focus on award-winning, ecologically-minded residential and community structures as a Project Manager at ATA.  Her projects aspire to combine a passion for the outdoors with environmentally and socially responsible designs that inspire users to take care of one another and the world’s remaining wild places.  Recently, she has been awarded the 2020 Baker Travel Fellowship from U of I for her work with ATA and plans to study and sketch her way through the wilds of Patagonia sometime next year.
